My Story:

Hi, I’m Bjørn, the founder of CLÜ. My journey began in the world of scientific research, but a deep-seated belief in the power of equitable and diverse workplaces led me to a new path in 2015. Since 2019, I’ve leveraged my scientific background to develop evidence-based solutions that help businesses of all sizes foster inclusive environments.

The spark for CLÜ was ignited by a personal experience that revealed the challenges and missed potential arising from a lack of workplace inclusion. Working in range of environments, from scientific research to higher-education wellbeing, I witnessed first-hand the limitations imposed by homogeneity. This experience ignited a passion within me to create a business dedicated to ensuring equal opportunities and thriving diversity in all workplaces.
